Rules:
1.NO GOD-MODDING

2.Logia Fruits cannot be used to defend against hits as a reflex in the beginning. It must be a trained ability.

3.All Rping is a continuation of the entire world. You do not start your Rp over.

4.When ending an Rp try to have the characters leave each other for a short period of time.

5.You CAN NOT have two devil fruit abilities. If you ever eat a second one in any Rp your character automatically blows up and you must start a new character.

6.When you have a Zoan Fruit ability you cannot use a Rumble Ball unless given permission by someone with a 120,000,000 bounty or higher.

7.All extra transformations of the Rumble Ball are trained. You must come up with your own transformations which have to be approved by someone with a 120,000,000 bounty or higher.

8.Natural weaknesses and resistances are automatic no matter what the circumstance.

9.All Bounties will be posted in this journal. They cannot be changed except by c-cereske. Any bounty suggestion that are made only by MarineAdmirals can be given to me as notes.

10.If any person is kicked three times on the fourth time they will be banned.

11.No spamming. Any spamming will result in an automatic ban.

12.Any abuse of power will result in an automatic demotion and a bounty on the head of the preson.

13.All Rping will depend on the position of the person on the map. Please remember that unless you are in the exact position of the other person you can not catch someone for the bounty on their head.

14. If you are caught and have a bounty on your head you are automatically demoted to rookie until you do something worth a bounty. If a marine catches a bounty it results in an automatic promotion. Any pirates that catch a bounty makes their bounty increase.

15. You Can not use a weapon unless you have it on you or pick it up. Picked-up weapons can only be used during the battle and picked-up pistols have one use. Unless the sword is special (such as a cursed blade, one of the 36 legendary swords, or is endowed with a devil fruit ability) you can not carry it away from the battle.

15. Do not copy any pre-existing characters.
